Lots going on!

We’ve had a lot keeping us busy lately, the time is getting closer until Hunter arrives!
We finally finished digging out the garden beds in the backyard and Mark delivered us some dirt today (Thanks again Mark!) so we’ll be filling those in this weekend and getting all the veggie plants from a local nursery.

We got my Bronco back from Washington where it was sitting for the winter with my friend Kevin. He rocks and fixed it up a bit, but with it being so old we have a leaky radiator now so I have to take it into the shop. It’s nice to have her back though, she’s pretty.

We got an offer on my old house today after lowering the price earlier this week. It sounds promising so we’ll be rolling along with that. Yay! We are excited to get to pay off almost all our debt before Hunter arrives.

Oh, and we decided to refinish Hunter’s floors, so we pulled up the carpet today (yay! No more carpet in the house! Have I mentioned I hate carpet. :) We’ll get the big sander tomorrow and get started on refinishing those over the next week or so.

We sent out all the invites for the Friends baby shower and printing off the ones for the Family shower this weekend to get those in the mail.

We signed up for our birthing classes and newborn care class and will start those next week. Every Monday for about six weeks we’ll be going to those. Still need to sign up for the breastfeeding class. We have our tour of the birthing center at the hospital next Friday.

Oh, and of course I can't forget to mention we’re getting married June 6th and have a three day honeymoon at a bed and breakfast on Mt. Hood. It’s going to be a fast wedding with just our witnesses out at his Dad’s house with his Uncle David marrying us. The real wedding where everyone is invited to will be June 6th, 2009. Get that date on all your calendars!
Here is the B&B we’re staying at, we got the Georgia O’keeffe suite.

So, um, I think that’s the major things we got going on other than my belly getting bigger and bigger. I’ll get more pictures up soon!

Love, Crystal

Hey Case's,
I received your invite to the baby shower. I would love to attend but I am soooo far away and will be coming to see you guys when Hunter is born. I will send a gift of course but will wait to see what you would really like. I cannot wait to see what Hunter looks like as her parents are soooo easy on the eyes. I love the picture on the invite. I love you guys.
You two look so much in love.

Love

Brandon and Crystal,
Crystal, you don't know me...but I just wanted to tell you both congratulations on the soon to be baby. Having a baby is the greatest gift life can give you. Enjoy every moment of it. Even the crappy ones. Because at the end of the day, you take one look at your little girl and every hard moment is totally worth it.

Crystal, just a little advice from a new mommy...with the breastfeeding, just be patient. It will hurt like hell at first, but it gets better. I remember people telling me that and I thought "yeah right...screw this." But it really did get easier. It's healthier for the baby too. So just give it time.

But above all else, just have fun. And again, enjoy every single moment while she's a tiny baby...what they say is true, they grow up quick.

Congrats,
Michelle

Georgia O'Keefe should get you in the mood for popping a baby out. Her paintings are pretty vaginal.
