In June we took a short family trip up to Bremerton, Washington (near Seattle) to see one of my long time friends Kevin, his girlfriend Jenny and their three kids Bailey, Savanna and James. We met up with them first to watch Bailey and James play some little league baseball.

It was a good day for a game. Then we went to a park where Hunter and I discovered a shoreline on the Pugent Sound to throw rocks into the water.
We stayed the night at their house up in the woods. Hunter was in love with Savanna's room.
The next morning we spent some time hanging in the yard. This picture doesn't give a good representation of the surroundings, but it's gorgeous out there, deep in the woods.
The kids and Brandon had a lot of fun on the play structure.
While Kevin and I made friends with the local wildlife. :)
Good times, good people, good kids, good animals. Can't wait to go visit again in September!
